More Canadian companies are outsourcing business processes

As more companies start to realize the value of outsourcing other business activities other than outsourcing the IT work this trend will probably accelarate and catch up to US levels.
The companies not only get the advantages of utilizing services that are not core to their business, but they also get the expertise from the outsourcing company who has been doing the same or similar service for other companies. This can tremendously benefit the businesses in terms of operational efficiency and quickness.
