Extreme outsourcing

SKyvalue airlines, a leisure start up company mentions that they will outsource their planes, flight crew and reservations center.

This would be an interesting case of extreme outsourcing where everything other than management is outsourced.

It would also be interesting to see how they fare in the market and if this outsourcing model will work to the benefit of the traveller.
